We engaged Ellison as our ID after going through about 10 IDs ! haha! No regrets at all as he is not pushy, not forceful and very patient with our request and never-ending queries and worries. He will try his best to help and suggest the alternative best possible way. I think it is exremely important to have an ID whom you can express your worries and thoughts freely without being brushed away. Our ID is Ellison, we are so lucky to have met him. Renovating a home is a BIG DEAL. We have enquire around 8 ID company before we decided on Omni because of Ellison whom is able to stick within our budget unlike other ID that always Burst. Dealing with a huge some of money you need someone you can trust, not only can we trust Ellison but it is so comfortable to discuss with him we felt no pressure, he listens he never say NO, he let us decide before he say no. I like that we can input our ideas rather than just listen to what ID wants. With other ID i felt like i have to listen to them instead of them listening to me. So if you want no pressure and stress free renovation Ellison is highly recommended!! He is so nice even after reno complete we have issues he will still help to settle!! We are fortunate to have Marcus as our ID, he's accommodative and capable of capturing our needs and wants for minimal setup within the provided budget. he spent time walking us thoroughly on the functionality aspects and considerations till the details of colors. A great help if you're someone who can't make a decision. Overall he's is truly a reliable and responsible person. He do not shirk from responsibilities when problems arise or hide from us. Truly fast and affordable package offered. Lucas from Omni MacPherson branch manage to meet the target we set to move in due to urgency. Very patient with our fussy choices of design and manage to cater to last minute changes of our colours options on paintings and carpentry. With his many years of experiences Lucas gave many advises to make our home a nice and easy quality one that last! Highly recommended!

I had met up with 5 IDs and decided to go with Angel from omni design as she seems to understand my requirements the best and was able to provide a lot of innovative ideas on how to maximise the use of space. I have prioritised my kitchen to be the "highlight" of the entire renovation. She was able to think out of the box and came out with a design which opens up the space and make the kitchen looks spacious. She even manage to seggregate my kichen to wet and dry area. For other rooms, we just have to tell her our colour preference and she ensured that the colours, texture and design of the whole flat came together. Defects caused by the contractors were immediately rectified too. If there is anything i would like her to improve on, it will be to be more proactive and be more interactive with us. Would i recommend Angel to my peer. I would say that it is a definite, Yes...

Initially, I was really confused and stressed when I need to search for an ID to work on my newly purchased flat. When I was going thru several quotations for various IDs, I was comparing whatever information was given to me by them all. I realised that my final decision of choosing Angel from Omni Design was not that difficult after all as it was all based on various reasons. She understood my needs and wants and able to come up with creative ideas for all the challenging issues I was facing with. Whenever a hurdle came by, she was able to rise to the occasion and save the day. I think I could be one of her most challenging client to entertain but she will always make me feel at ease. Our contractor was Angel. We are extremely satisfied with the entire process from start to finish and so content with the service provided by her and Omni design. We have received so much compliments on our house from all our friends and family and could not be more satisfied with the finished product - it is everything we envisioned and more. Angel gave many suggestions on the layout which we are extremely grateful for especially because we were very confused many times.She suggested a more unique and unconventional concept for our false ceiling which we were wary about at first but ended up loving how it turned out so much. She was the one who selected the backdrop for our TV feature wall which turned out to be one of the best parts of our house. She understood our vision very clearly and suggested a seamless design which complements our home really well. Another impressive thing is the wide range of designs that they have which gave us countless options to choose from. Moreover, she always finished her work within her timeline which made the entire process extremely smooth. We are so pleased with the entire house and have absolutely fallen in love with the interior. If we have the opportunity again in the future, we will definitely engage Angel again for the renovation. She really is like an angel. We strongly recommend her for your renovation needs as she is an extremely responsible, efficient and creative person!
