About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various administrative and financial tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities:

- Address administrative or accounting issues with proactive, solutions-focused thinking.
- Manage professional communication via email, phone, and in person to ensure clear and effective correspondence.
- Work closely with colleagues to provide support and maintain a productive office environment.
- Conduct regular checks on financial data and records to identify and rectify errors promptly.
- Utilize accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and other admin tools to streamline processes.
- Approach tasks with enthusiasm, a proactive mindset, and a strong commitment to supporting the team.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or accounts-related role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
